- Copy of Govt. letter (Notifications) vide which agency has been authorized to carry out Project.
- Complete colored site plan clearly marking road along/across which pipeline to be laid, proposed pipeline in separate colours, marking location of inspection chambers (if any) and built-up structures/area along road.
- Longitudinal section clearly marking whole length of road along which pipeline is to be laid, right of way (forest reserved area within ROW to be marked distinctly) existing utility services (i.e Electric/Telephone poles, cables, water/sewer line, Drains etc.) and proposed pipeline (including location of proposed inspection chambers if any) in different colors. Any intersections/crossing of proposed pipeline with road to be also marked and labeled on longitudinal section.
- Cross section of ROW including proposed pipeline clearly indicating width and depth of trench and existing utility services as specified in Para-3. If depth of trench changes at various chainage then different cross sections to be given accordingly and chainage /length of pipeline for which particular cross section is valid is to described on sketch.
- Copy of NOCs obtained from other department.
- Compete details of proposed inspection chamber with its detailed drawings.
- GPR survey drawing/report along the route conducted by the agency.
- Brief description of methodology to be used for laying the pipeline
- Undertaking by the agency for restoring road cuts/crossings/intersections etc. to their original position in case agency opt for restoring the site itself (refer item no. 12 of application form).
- Copy of authorization letter with respect to application form item no. 2(b).
